You can select and pay for your TreesAreCool specialty license plate in person at your county tax collector office.

By mail:

Complete and return this form with your vehicle registration renewal notice and a check for an additional $58 ($25 annual donation, $5 annual state fee and a one-time new plate fee of $28). If your renewal notice indicates that it is time to replace your license plate, do not include the $28 new plate fee.
